2020 was my first take on blogging. I’ve had the urge to write for some time but never committed to do anything about until September 2020.
“What should I do with Dedica?”
You found a problem worth solving. You have a basic understanding of how to reach your potential customers. It’s time to build it.
Shipping more or shipping better? They’re both acceptable strategies with different trade-offs. Shipping more is a race to the bottom, it’s not sustainable. Shipping better is a focus on differentiation.
Can you pursue multiple interests?
It’s time for me to think about long term.
How can potential customers lay eyes on you?
You go for a run. You just wanted to exercise but you created expectations. How fast, how fast and how you’d feel. Half way through the run your inner voice tells you that you’re more tired than you should and running at slower pace. You get frustrated, more tired and can’t run faster. You finish the run but it didn’t feel very good. The run resulted ended in frustration.
Breaking a commitment the first time is harder than the second time. It’s obviously a generalization and may not be true for all situations.
